- Receipt OCR reads every line item, price and tax from a photo. Ten receipt scans a month on our key, or unlimited on your own Anthropic key.
- Assign each line to a person, or split a line between several. The cents always add up to the receipt total.
- The People tab keeps a balance per person: what they owe you, what is settled, and every receipt behind the number.
- A Venmo or Zelle payment tagged to a person pays down their oldest open share first. An overpayment shows as settled, never as you owing them.
- Give each person a nickname, a colour and an emoji, so a split reads like your group chat instead of a spreadsheet.
- No bank login. You upload a photo or a statement file you downloaded yourself; nothing else is connected.

Do my friends need an account?+
No. People are entries in your own ledger. Add a Venmo handle and their Venmo payments match automatically; Zelle payments match on the person’s name. Nobody else can see your data.
How do repayments get matched?+
Import your Venmo statement export, or tag a bank transaction to the person. Money received from them settles their oldest open share first; anything beyond that shows as settled rather than as a debt in the other direction.
What does it cost?+
Splitting is free. Receipt scans use OCR: ten a month on our key, resetting on the first, or unlimited when you paste your own Anthropic key in settings.
